Group of residential buildings which are situated in a tourist complex with row houses of max. 2 floor in Torre dell’Orso and is called OPEN VILLAGE residence holiday Apulia. Here all services and facilities offered by the resort are at hand.

The apartments at ground floor or 1st floor are furnished in a practical and functional way and they all have balcony or terrace up front.

Standard of premises:

BILOCAL 2/3 beds: living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, one double room, bathroom.

BILOCAL 4 beds: living room with kitchenette and sofa bed or double bed, one double room, bathroom.

TRILOCAL 5 beds: living room with kitchenette and one single bed, one double room,

one small room with two single beds or a bunk bed, bathroom.

TRILOCAL 6 beds: same as Trilo 5 but with one extra bed or a sofa bed in the living room.

Services:

-Reception - enclosed payable parking lot, rental TV.

-There are no facilities inside the apartment hotels, but they are situated nearby the center of the resort which offers all conveniences; commercial center, market, bars, restaurants, all kinds of shops, newspaper kiosk, tobacconist’s, hairdresser, boutique, bazaar, pharmacy, first-aid post.

-At San Foca: docking for pleasure boats.

-On the spot: outside bowling alley, 18 holes mini golf course, roller skating, volley ball, tennis court, mini soccer field.

-Possibility of hiring umbrellas at the beach.
